By attending the VIP Opening event of Museum of Senses Madrid, you acknowledge that photographs, video recordings & other audiovisual materials may be captured during the event. Voice recordings are fully excluded. Your personal data (image or videos) will be processed for the following purposes:

  • Organisation & documentation of the VIP event
  • Internal corporate communication
  • External communication & public relations
  • Marketing, advertising & promotional activities
  • Publication on websites, social media platforms, press releases & other media channels
  • Archival documentation of the event

3. Legal Basis

Processing is based on:

  • Your explicit consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR
  • Authorisation for the use of your image under Spanish Organic Law 1/1982
  • Where applicable, compliance with legal obligations

4. Use of Image & Media Materials

By providing your consent, you allow Museum of Senses Spain SL to use images or recordings in which you may appear for communication, promotional and marketing purposes, including publication on our website, social media channels and in press materials. Such use may take place without geographic limitation & may remain in our archives as part of the documentation of this milestone event. All materials will always be used respectfully, in good faith, and in a manner consistent with the dignity and reputation of the persons portrayed.

5. Recipients

Your data and media materials may be shared with:

  • Contracted PR agencies
  • Marketing & communication partners
  • Media outlets
  • Technical service providers acting as data processors in accordance with GDPR

No data will be sold to third parties.

6. International Transfers

Where service providers are located outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards will be implemented in accordance with GDPR (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions).
